Shipping and Returns policy
Artworks will be sent out via international logistic companies with the appropriate insurance for its value.
Packages will be sent flat in reinforced packaging.
Shipping can take up to 3-4 days to arrive in the Bulgaria from when the order is made and up to 3 weeks for international shipping.
Each artwork description is correct and measurements are to the closest cm.
Please be aware that every care has been taken to provide accurate colour representation, but between photography and computer screens there may be slight discrepancies in colour.
Please handle any original artwork with care.
All artworks are Copyright Kaliya Ka and protected under Copyright Law. Kaliya Ka retains the copyright of all artwork on and sold via this website and via any other channel.
It is prohibited to re-produce any illustration or piece of content, or to use for commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Returns and Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, if ordered through the website then your name and date of purchase should be enough information for us to find the proof of purchase.
If your order arrives in poor condition then please get in touch explaining the issue. If there is damage to the product then send us some digital photos along with your order number and date of purchase and state whether you would like a replacement or a refund. We will then email you with the address to send your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically.
Return Shipping of Artworks
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We cannot refund you if the product arrives back to us damaged. In this case you would have to try and claim back the cost from the postal service you use. For this reason we strongly advice that you use shipping insurance when returning products.
